Frequently asked questions
A practical guide to access, coverage and the information shown in tessera x.
How do I access the platform?
Sign in with an approved account. The current owner preview is read-only. Customer activation is still being completed; seeing the preview does not activate a subscription.
Which countries and sources are covered?
The launch focuses on Spain and Portugal. The six-source scope is PLACE, BASE, PACDEF, EDF, EDIP and PESCO. Availability differs by source, record type and period. Open the coverage information beside the results to see what is available, partial, held or not yet included.
Is the historical coverage complete?
No. Historical coverage is partial. 2012 is the historical target, with expansion towards 2002 planned. A missing period is not evidence of no procurement activity, and partial results are not complete market totals.
What do the contract values mean?
Estimated value, base bidding budget, awarded value and signed contract price are separate facts. Each verified amount keeps its currency, VAT basis and lot or contract scope. Missing or unverified values are labelled. A signed price is not a record of payments.
Can I rely on a displayed deadline?
Use the official source to confirm the latest submission requirements. When the source time zone or exact closing time is unconfirmed, tessera x says so. A past date alone does not prove an award or a cancelled procedure.
Can I save searches, follow records and receive alerts?
The Following area brings saved work and deadlines together. Availability depends on approved access and the enabled service. Saving a search does not automatically subscribe you to alerts. Customer email alerts remain off, and monitoring is not active in the read-only owner preview.
Can I export records?
CSV and branded PDF exports are prepared for authorised subscriber access. The current read-only owner preview does not allow exports. Where enabled, CSV supports up to 5,000 matching records and PDF shortlists up to 100, with source links and coverage information.
How do privacy choices and support work?
Optional analytics stays off unless you accept it, and you can change the choice through Privacy preferences. Read the Privacy policy for the controller and contact details. Online privacy-request delivery is not yet active; the published postal contact is available.
