Acceptance
This working draft does not record your acceptance. Final terms, their version and the acceptance process must be approved before customer activation. Reading a privacy notice is separate from accepting terms or opting into alerts.
Access and subscription
Access to procurement records requires current approval. Both launch tiers receive the same approved launch dataset, with partial historical coverage disclosed. Account settings and notification preferences do not themselves grant access to procurement records.
Acceptable use
You may use the intelligence for your own business purposes. You may not scrape, resell or redistribute the data, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
Intellectual property
Official source documents retain their source attribution. The rights applying to source material, compiled data, analysis and permitted exports must be confirmed in the final terms; this draft does not establish ownership of third-party material.
