Data we collect
Account information includes your email, profile, company, jurisdiction and access decisions. Saved records and preferences are processed when those features are enabled. Procurement records may contain names and business identifiers published by official sources; public availability does not remove privacy rights.
How we use it
Account data supports sign-in, service delivery, access checks and security. Optional usage analytics requires your separate choice and is not a condition of access. The final notice must confirm legal bases for each purpose, including procurement personal data, and the applicable retention and deletion schedules.
Cookies
Essential browser storage supports authentication, language selection and your light/dark appearance preference. The TESSERA_THEME cookie stores only light or dark for up to one year. The versioned tessera.privacy.v1 preference remembers your analytics choice until you change it or clear browser storage. Optional Vercel analytics loads only after acceptance, uses broad page categories and excludes account, authentication and billing pages, searches and record identifiers. Privacy preferences lets you reject or withdraw as easily as accept.
Third parties
Vercel hosts the website and provides optional analytics; Supabase provides authentication and database services. Hosting providers necessarily receive connection information such as IP addresses. Sentry error diagnostics, when configured, are separate from analytics and redact user content and sensitive request details; session replay is not enabled. Stripe billing is planned but not active. Provider regions, retention settings, contracts and transfer safeguards still require confirmation before customer launch.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, where applicable, and complain to Portugal's CNPD. Use the postal contact below while online request delivery is being configured. Requests require proportionate identity checks before data is disclosed or changed. A request does not itself perform deletion or export. Response handling and any lawful exceptions remain subject to review.
